How long does a GRP roof last?
Laid properly on a good deck, a very long time. The manufacturers talk in decades. Poor prep or rushed edges cut that short, whatever the brochure says.
Can GRP go on any flat roof?
No. It needs a solid, dry deck and the right weather to lay it. If yours is not suitable, we will say so and suggest something else.
Can you walk on it?
Yes, it is tough enough for normal foot traffic. For a proper roof terrace we would add a walkway or decking.
