What to do before we arrive
Turn off the electrics to any room where water is near a light or socket. Catch the drips in a bucket and move what you can out of the way. If a ceiling is bulging, keep people out of the room. Do not go up on the roof yourself, least of all in wind or rain. Take photos from the ground if you can; they help us and your insurer.
